I reserved 2 rooms. I was told they had been recently remodeled. They were acceptably clean. None of the clocks in the three rooms I was in worked. None of the toilets were ADA compliant (too short). My major complaint was the door latch on the first room I was given. We had settled in for a while when my spouse went down to car for something and when she returned, instead of first inserting the keycard, she just grasped the doorhandle, turned it, and suddenly the door opened! The door was unlocked!! We tried it several times and it never automatically locked.
I brought this to the attention of the person at the front desk who checked to verify my story and promptly gave us another room. Unnerving to say the least. No idea how long the lock was out of order or how long it would would have been undiscovered if my wife hadn't been fortunate enough try the handle before using the keycard.
