"I was at the airport and called about 10 times before I was able to connect with the front desk to inquire about the shuttle. The first 9 times, someone would pick up and immediately hang up the phone as if they were too busy to answer. One time they did ask me to hold and then promptly hung up. Not good first impressions. Then both shuttles for my return flight time were fully packed. I understand that it is first come first served, but when you advertise an airport shuttle and then are told to uber it seems a little NOT guest centered. But the staff was otherwise accommodating. Happy to have a hotel bar, reasonable room night pricing and very clean."

"Buena ubicación para mi viaje debido visite universal estudios y island of aventure no tuve que usar mi carro ya que el hotel tenía transportación y la usé por 4 días corridos y no tuve que pagar parking en los parques.Tenia desayuno incluido bastante razonable y restaurantes cercas en una próxima ocasión me quedará de nuevo."
