Modern loft in the heart of Sanremo. Very central, a stone's throw from the Casino and the Ariston Theater.
In front of the bike path, close to the beaches and the sea. Very convenient to shops, restaurants and public transport.
Large living area, sleeping area, full bathroom and separate kitchenette; the apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning. The strong point is the wonderful terrace where you can relax and enjoy lunches and dinners in the open air.
