"We were three families with small children whom stayed for a week during half term. Lovely place and great facilities. Nelly and Michel hosted us well and Pierre helped with supplies for our arrival. We did not have a car and got transfers from Barcelona airport. This worked well.... as we we happy to stay in resort and our 4yr olds were ok with the hill up to the gondola. A lovely house and great week. "

"Super séjour dans cette station familiale. La neige était au rdv, la météo favorable. Des circuits de balade pour aller voir les lacs (balcere et balmettes) très sympas. "From booking to arriving, the owners were super helpful, giving us loads of information before we arrived, and answering all of our questions. The property itself was perfect for us, we were 5 in total, ages ranging from 75 to 13! Plenty of space both indoors and out and everything we could think of was provided! The local shop was a real gem as well and literally around the corner. Would absolutely recommend this property"

"Duplex apartment with great views over cerdanya valley. The apartment is perfect for 2 couples. More beds are available but sharing space with one of the 2 double beds. Well equipped place a little bit old. We found the place not very well cleaned (we communicated this point to the agency). I would recommend the place anyway."

"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "Pleasant hotel, we had a large room, much larger than normal ski hotels. Bathroom could do with redecorating but water hot. Breakfast good but expensive however the small cake and water available late at night is a good choice! Although parking is available underneath the hotel your car must be less than 1.90. We found plenty of parking to side of hotel which was off the main road and free."

"Lovely hotel. Bedroom was a good size and beds were very comfy. Bathroom was a little outdated. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was full and couldnt accommodate us for dinner. The rest of the town was quiet so was a struggle to find somewhere. Hotel overall was lovely and good experience."
