Property location is excellent. Hotel is clean and a great place to stay if you are not expecting high. Air conditioning was not cooling us off in the hot month of July. However, there was a ceiling fan that helped. The staff was helpful with all our requests, iron, cups, and adapters for European plugs as theirs were a little deeper than most. Just keep in mind This is a hostel and not a hotel.

Perfect location. Everything is walkable. If not, taxi right outside and metro on the corner. Great space. Very spacious and comfortable!!

We have stayed all over the world, but this hotel was the best we have stayed in. They upgraded our room so that we had a large multi layer balcony. Treats and drinks in the mini bar were free. The staff was SO friendly and helpful. It was expensive but so worth the splurge!!! We would highly recommend it!!!

We arrived early and was able to leave our luggage at the hotel until regular checkin time.

The checkin process was smooth and easy. The property has extremely convenient, inexpensive parking. The location is very convenient for the airport. The only downside is that the curtains in all of the rooms are sheer and there is a lot of light from the street and the adjoining square that comes in. Otherwise the apartment was very clean, but pretty bare bones.
