Lindo hotel en un hermoso lugar. Nos toco la habitación 307 en la construcción que esta abajo. Excelente en casi todo, solo tengo que observar que te dan solo 1 agua de cortesía a la llegada. Lo que me parce injusto siendo que uno paga todas las noches por igual y para el hotel incluso es mas rentable que uno se quede varias noches. Por esto y el aire acondicionado en el kids club que esta muy caluroso le quito 1 estrella. El desayuno y la cena estaban muy bien. Diria 4 puntos sobre 5. Te cobran el agua. El personal fue todo el tiempo muy amable. Se disfruto mucho. Gracias

A very authentic and nice luxury hotel in old parts of Ibiza. Rooms where nicely cleaned and the staff was extremely helpful.

This hotel simply isn’t ready to be open. During our stay we experienced: * Room flooding every time the shower was used due to poor drainage. * Construction dust throughout the room. * Air conditioning failed across the hotel for our entire first day. * A major power cut. * We had to move rooms twice because the door locks didn’t work properly. At one point we were even asked to leave our belongings in an unlocked room as they ‘weren’t sure which rooms had working doors and needed to check 1 by 1’. Imagine… A hotel room with no locks in Ibiza… * The room was advertised with a TV, but there wasn’t one. * The gym wasn’t open, and despite advertising multiple restaurants, only one was operating. * Housekeeping attended our room only once in three nights despite repeated requests. * No room phones, so everything had to go through WhatsApp, where responses were often extremely slow. * Multiple incorrect items appeared on our restaurant bills. *when you complain they get defensive and fail to acknowledge that none of the trouble going on in the hotel is at the fault of the customer. Long story short, poorly operated property. Ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing trip to Ibiza. The staff also realise it was a joke what was happening, they as frustrated as the guests, owners forced them open allegedly (according to them). The staff asked us to write bad (honest) reviews Images are renders online don’t fall for it, not actual representation of the hotel.

The room was clean and well organized. It actually had 2 sinks unlike the other 2 hotels we stayed at that only had 1. Not a big deal, but definitely well appreciated! The breakfast was excellent, and the fish and tenderloin tacos offered at the rooftop restaurant were absolutely fantastic! We would definitely consider staying here again.
