The hotel is generally good. We selected the half board option. It has a very unusual and unpleasant policy: drink and coffee all free for the breakfast, but not free for the dinner. We had to pay 2.40 Euro for even a single small glass of water! This should be indicated clearly on the web.

+ close to beautiful beach with sea safe for young children and shops and a few restaurants Nice pools one with small slides for up to 12s Food excellent Rooms spacious with very effective air con. Excellent Mexican restaurant one meal included in package - All staff speak to you in German Impossible to get a sun bed around pools unless you lay your towels down very early in morning Queuing system in restaurant is shocking and a lot of people push in No drinks included in full board in evening not even water which was €2 a bottle. Map of hotel and club very confusing and staff unable to explain. We never found the gym! Guests very noisy at night and cleaners very noisy in morning so sleep not great.

Lovely family hotel
Lovely family hotel! Lots of content for the little ones- pools, slides, playground in the sand, mini club etc. 2min walk to the lovely beach, great food and all the other guests were families too so nobody cared if your child was fussy or crying as everyone was the same! Apartments are nice, clean and spacious, though bathrooms could do with a bit of renovation. The hotel is bungalow type with 2 floors and there are no lifts which can be tricky when you have to carry the buggy upstairs, though our 2-year old enjoyed going up and down the stairs! Overall would definitely recommend to families!

Nice location, great ocean view from our room. Overall we had a good experience. The room was large enough for our family of 4. The biggest complaint would be the A/C not working well at night. The room would get very hot making it hard to rest. Food was marginal. Abundance of families with small children.
