"The hotel was very nice.We stayed with two babies and felt safe and welcome .Even we arrrived at 2 am we were welcomed with a warn smile . Room was big and having 4 beds was a blessing . "Room was large but bare. Just a couple of chairs besides the bed made the space not flexible to use as a true ‘suite’. Heat hard to control. Had a big whirlpool tub, but small spigot meant it took a long time to fill. Room clean; housekeeping does a nice job. Desk staff friendliness mixed."

"We arrived to find a room with no blanket on the bed (on a cold and rainy January evening) only to find one folded in the closet. When I mentioned it to the woman in reception she didn't seem bothered by the fact that we needed to make our own bed Then we discovered there was no toilet paper its dispenser in the bathroom. Fortunately we found one in one of the drawers. There was no waste basket in the room and the shower head/pole was broken so you couldn't adjust it to the proper height Breakfast was far from satisfactory (one type of cheese, limited selection of breads...), especially for a 4 stat hotel"

"Service was okay the reception was very nice helpful. But when in the morning we went to breakfast the lighting was low.so we couldn't see well what was available and the cereal was by the counter and on the table was bread and some cake with no names on the display just for drinks. Plus the jam jars were on a display shelf not on the table. We had to ask for the pancakes on the 3rd day.plus no beans or hash brown. Just eggs boiled fried and scrambled,toast, sliced cheese and meat slices. Plus the didn't put fresh bedding just cleaned up. We went to 2 places that were closed because they didn't tell us if they were open or not and no offer of a taxi.the spa was nice just back 1 pair of slippers from the spa no other gifts paid €80 for 2 people to use the spa couldn't use the pool at the resort don't know why.so all in it wasn't great. The kettle was on top of a cupboard with no sockets near it. "
