"We enjoyed our stay there. Alexandria, the host, is super friendly and helpful. The dining options and places to visit she suggested were all wonderful. We'll come back next time when we visit Palermo. Thank you!"
"It was very easy to find and the staff were extremely helpful in explaining how to get in, check out, aid me in getting to the airport the following morning. The room was spotless, had a lovely view from the window and the cafe across the way for breakfast was very nice. "
"Beautiful place. Our room was huge with wonderful design and styling. Spotlessly clean. Perfect location, easy walking to all the places you want to see for sightseeing. Easy check in, very helpful staff. No notes. We had such a wonderful experience "
"The location was outstanding, situated in the heart of the attractions with excellent restaurants just steps away. The rooms are arranged around a courtyard, ensuring a quiet stay free from street noise, and the air conditioning provided additional comfort. Communication with the property manager was excellent, with prompt and helpful replies, and we greatly appreciated being granted early access to our room upon arrival. Overall, a highly enjoyable stay, and I would gladly return. "

"Our room was very comfortable. The location is ideal only a few short steps from Quattro Canti with a lovely view from our window. It can be quite loud at times, especially with the window open. The air conditioning has some limitations, but these are nationwide restrictions."
"We had the basic room but it had all the amenities we needed for our one night stay, and it was impeccably clean. The hotel is located up a flight of stairs (second or third floor), but our room was a half-floor above ground level which meant we didn't have to carry luggage up so far. When we did have to check out we stored our luggage with the front desk for a few hours, and staff came and helped carry our heavier bags up! On that note, the staff at the hotel we're amazing- kind, helpful and super knowledgeable about the area. Lastly, the breakfast on the rooftop terrace was lovely with great selection, a friendly ghost, and amazing rooftop views. I would stay here again! Two things to note! The shower is tiny in the room we had and getting into it was a challenge as the door doesn't open very wide, and the hotel is not wheelchair accessible if that's a consideration for you."
"Every single one of the staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast offered a lot of variety and the decor was warm and inviting. We will come back next time in Palermo!"
"This hotel is a hidden gem! The breakfast is possibly one of the biggest (with the most variety) we’ve ever experienced. Conveniently located and close to the main attractions and streets! The staff were superb, so attentive."
"Hostel Agata is centrally located; plenty of options as to shopping, restaurants and transportation. Agata, the owner, is a nice and welcoming person. My place whenever I go back to Palermo. "
