“I want to start by saying that the hosts are absolutely some of the kindest people I have met in Palermo. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. It may have been my own oversight for not paying closer attention to the lack of an elevator and the type of accommodation this is. The rooms themselves were very clean, tastefully decorated, and offered excellent value for the price. However, our room was one of only a handful located……

“Was very nice hotel and perfect location, problem was cleaning team didn’t come everyday and when they did was only at 8am and we wanted to sleep in during our vacation. People were nice when they were there but no one was at front desk 80% of the time”

“I appreciate a service of Giada a lot. We arrived late at 22:30, and missed the reception opening time and her message in Expedia. Though Giada picked up our call, and instructed us to get the keys of our room. The keys of AC are not in the key ring but she delivered to our door. Breakfast is in a nice room near the entrance. Only thing is, we accidentally walked through the markets at night which is a bit messy and chaotic. Can try to avoid that area at night if walking to hotel.”

Le B&B est situé dans la zone touristique : la plupart des sites se trouvaient à moins de 30 minutes à pieds. Andrea était disponible tout au long du séjours et a fourni de bonnes adresses.”

“Best spot in Palermo! The location was perfect with balcony views facing the Massimo theatre. Minutes away from lots of restaurants, markets and the action. The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and modern. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.”

“Adequate for a short stay. There are two steep flights of stairs and no lift.”

“Michele was helpful , but getting the address was complicated. After finding the car drop off location, you carry your luggage’s across the street up the stairs like 20 stairs . ( where there is no lights at night) The room did not have a phone, I wanted to call my car rental office. No tissues, and no channels on the TV, I usually like to listen to music in my room. Getting in and out of the Suite building was a bit shady. My recommendation for extra $50/ night , get a hotel .”
