"Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "

"Beautiful heritage house with incredible character and a vast array of traditional decoration.
The pool and gardens are lovely and well maintained.
The family room we stayed in was very large for 4 with 3 beds and a lounge.
Staff have been over the top and this hotel was the best we had in weeks.
3 main caveats for families: 1/ Family room gives on street side, the street is at a cross road leading to steepy road to main street so motorbikes making a turn accelerate to go up and woke us up...
