The house has two heights forming a total area of 150 m built on a plot of 45,000m located 2 km from San Carlos, 1 km from Es Cana and 2 from Santa Eulalia.

Traumdomizil im September
Die Finca ist ein Traum und entspricht komplett den Bildern. Die Sauberkeit ist ausgezeichnet und auch die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Wir können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen und können es jedem nur empfehlen.
Ein Auto ist in der Lage unverzichtbar.

Perfect Getaway
Abseits gelegen, komplett ruhig und trotzdem alles gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist groß genug für 6 Personen, schön eingerichtet, mit 2 Badezimmern. Wasser und Strom funktionieren gut, die modernen Klimaanlagen in den 3 Schlafzimmern machen den Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm, Der Salzwasser-Pool ist prima und gut gewartet. Allerdings kein Nichtschwimmerbereich - Schwimmwesten, Schwimmbrett oder -flossen für Kinder sollte man mitbringen. Mückenspray auch. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit dort gehabt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit wieder!

Mooie finca
Prachtige finca voorzien van alle gemakken en met een heerlijk zwembad. Het zoute zwembadwater vormde uiteindelijk geen enkel beletsel. De finca ligt natuurlijk wel op afstand van de zuidelijke stranden en Ibiza stad, een nadeel, zeker als er aan de weg wordt gewerkt levert dat heen terug een uur rijden op. Wij misten een droger in het huis. Vanwege de luchtvochtigheid waren handdoeken nu amper droog te krijgen in de buitenlucht. Een loungeset onder de veranda bij het zwembad zou ook niet misstaan. En een informatiemapje met noodnummers en wat persoonlijke tips is service. Verder: een aanrader.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle maison, idéalement placée pour les personnes en recherche de calme. Superbe jardin. Piscine très agréable. Marià la propriétaire a été très arrangeante et très agréable. Je recommande vivement cette maison.

Very nice house, very well located. Was perfect for our family !
Charming house, well located in a quiet area with a swimming pool in a lovely well-maintained surrounding garden flanked by big trees. Very nice and responsive host. We had an issue with the water heater system once and Maria was there in 30 mins and fixed the problem. Perfect for a family. The outdoor dining area with its large table is perfect and conveniently located next to the kitchen. The house is fully equipped and the bathrooms, beds, etc are of top quality.
5 to 15 mins drive from many nice beaches (Llenya, Boix, Sant Vincent...) and 5 mins to Sant Carles de Peralta.

Quiet lovely villa
It was wonderfull to stay in this villa in the middle of nowhere...
When you come from a crouwdy beach or city, you can relax here in silence, with a great pool..
.At night you hear only the owls , and the early birds in the morning..
Everything was very clean, and because I like to cook, there is a great kitchen with everyting you need, and also an outdoor BBQ..
2 bathrooms is also a luxury when you are with 5 adults..
conclusion; Our stay was superb on a wonderfull island, we`ll be back!
