This charming house in the Ibizan style is perfect for families seeking peace and comfort. It is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by forest with few neighbors, offering complete privacy, just 5 minutes by car from Santa Eulalia del Río.   
  
The house accommodates 4 people and features 90 m² of comfortable and bright living space with mountain views. It includes 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, an outdoor toilet next to the pool, a spacious living-dining room, and an open kitchen fully equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and more.   
  
The outdoor area is ideal for a family vacation: a beautiful Mediterranean garden, a barbecue area on the terrace, a children's playground, a trampoline, and a private, fenced pool that ensures the safety of little ones. There is also an outdoor shower next to the pool for added convenience. Additional amenities include air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, a television, Wi-Fi, a fireplace, and private parking on the property.   
  
The location is excellent: 4 km from the "Casa Piedra" restaurant, 5 km from Santa Eulalia del Río, beaches like Es Caló de s'Alga and Cala Llonga, and close to attractions such as "Bambuddha Ibiza," the amusement park "Karting Go Karts," and the "Golf Ibiza" golf course.
