The house is walking distance to Marina Botafoch and Talamanca bay. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, big salon, dining room and chill out zone with barbecue plus a Dalt Vila views and sea views. Into the house there is 2 machines of air con; 1 of them downstairs on the living room and the other one upstairs for the bedrooms. Everything was great and location worked out well. I would recommend this to anyone. Hugo was great and the house is great, comfortable and in a good area. Well equipped and great to have our own pool with a fantastic view of Dalt Villa. It's located next to a family residence so definitely not for parties but that suited us just fine. Only small things were the power tripped out a couple of times and the showers were not always getting hot. The meet and greet was well organised and communication was easy when we had questions. The option of renting a house this time was smart. The location is great, the house has everything we needed and Hugo was always available for any request we had. Overall we were very happy and will recommend eivillas to all our friends.
