Fantástica estancia apartamentos parot

Me encantó el trato, los camareros muy amables y muy rápidos. El recepcionista muy atento con un trato exquisito. Sin duda volveremos en Navidad.

Parot, una certezza.

Ottimi appartamenti ad un prezzo ragionevole. Sono un po datati ma tenuti bene. Non manca nulla, dal wi-fi alla cassaforte, entrambe gratis, due TV, una in soggiorno una in camera da letto, cucina con frigo microonde etc. Balcone con sdrai. Unica cosa l'impianto doccia andrebbe rifatto, ma a Ibiza con l'acqua salata che si ritrovano gli impianti idraulici vanno in crisi praticamente da subito. Non ha un proprio parcheggio ma più o meno a cinquecento metri da lì ce ne sono due free rispettivamente uno sopra la strada principale (verso la collina, di fronte al centro medico) e uno sotto verso il porto, proprio a ridosso del "Paseig" passeggiata pedonale, appunto, del porto. L'Hotel è a due passi dalla Marina di S. Eularia, proprio dietro la strada centrale pedonale con tutti i ristoranti. Perfetto per me, ma ricordatevi che non siete sul mare, ma sulla via principale di S. Eularia. Tranquilli, si dorme bene, e io sono uno dal sonno leggero. Un saluto al Sig. Pedro, simpatico ed efficente, una garanzia. Ciao e Buon Parot a tutti !

An economical trip to Ibiza.

Very pleasant stay and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Decor is rather tired but plenty of space and the apartment contained everything needed for an enjoyable and economic visit. excellent value considering location.

Tutto perfetto, la camera spaziosa, bella, pulita. tutti i giorni rifacevano il letto e cambiavano gli asciugamani. Camera con terrazza da cui si vedeva un bel panorama. La colazione al bar sotto l'appartamento buona, forse potrebbero mettere piu cose, scelta solo di un pezzo o salato o dolce. o.

Solo September Break

Third stay at Parot - handy for bus, boats, beach, shops and restaurants. Apartment very adequate for one person - hydromassage shower is great as is new oven and revamped TV in bedroom and lounge. Balconies a bit small but fine for just me or a couple. Plenty of crockery and cutlery - liked having a kettle which I didn't have last time. Free wifi was great as was breakfast included - not a buffet feast but freshly and rapidly cooked. The English set me up til the evening.

Un appartement sympa a santa eularia

Accueil sympathique de Pedro , nous avons parlés en anglais ( l espagnol c est pas mon fort ). Nous avons découvert un superbe appartement avec tout le confort nécessaire a savoir :clim , wifi, une cuisine avec frigo micro ondes et plaques. 2 tv ( mais ca ne sert pas lol) une chaine hifi ou l ont peut ecouter playa sol 93.4 superbe son balearic electronique ! Une salle de bain avec douche wc et bidet ( ca existe encore ) . Deux petits lits adaptés pour les enfants . Et une chambre avec lit grande taille très confortable . Le petit dejeuner nous etaient servi au restaurant . Classique mais tres bon ( cafe ou chocolat, pain beurre confiture , donuts, croissant, napolitain (une sorte de chocolatine) servi avec jus de fruits differentes saveurs. Le personnel de ménage passaient tous les jours et se montre tres efficace et discret . Bref je recommande cet etablissement pour sejourner a santa eularia . A 200m de la plage, comme du port. La rue des restaurants est juste derrière (calla vicente il me semble) . La gare routiere pour les disco bus et visiter l ile en car est situe a 300m !

Nice city appartment, close to the beach.

Apartment in the middle of Santa Eulalia, but close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Santa Eulalia is a town, so realise that you will hear some traffic-noise and Spanish people stay up late. The apartments are very clean, a little bit old fashioned, but gives all the comfort you need. Breakfast is a la carte, not a buffet, but good quality. Realise that you are not in a 5-star hotel, so don’t complain about little things. Nice owner, very helpfull. I had a pleasant and safe stay as a single traveller.

Superb position, friendly and efficient

Delighted with our 4 night stay at Parot. We were there because of the marathon and our balcony had an excellent view of the course. Always helpful and friendly, and an excellent breakfast was a welcome surprise at an Apartment. We would thoroughly recommend this to anyone who was visiting Santa Eulalia.

A lovely apartment in a great location

We stayed at the Parot for 3 nights. The apartment was clean, a good size and airy. The 2 single beds were comfy. The shower was always quick to get hot and had plenty of pressure. There was a TV in the living room and the bedroom with stations available in multiple languages. The waitress at breakfast was very efficient and friendly and did a great job of serving all of the tables when busy. The restaurant/bar also did great tapas later in the day. The location is the town centre, it's only a couple of minutes to walk to the marina and beach, for us the location was perfect. We could hear some noise from the street but quickly got used to it and it wasn't excessive. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Gezellig hotel op een zeer goede locatie

Het hotel/appartementen ligt boven een gezellige bar, waar ook de ontbijtruimte is. Prima ontbijt en heerlijke koffie. Inrichting is niet modern, wat oubollig, wel typisch Spaans, met een leuk balkon waar je heerlijk in de avond kunt relaxen. Het hotel/appartementen ziet er keurig verzorgd uit, heerlijke douche. De locatie is middenin het centrum aan een gezellige winkelstraat, maar je hebt bijna geen hinder van straatlawaai. In de buurt vind je op loopafstand veel gezellige barretjes en restaurants, en ook een kleine supermarkt. Heerlijke airco houdt het appartement goed koel op stille wijze. Het bed heeft prima matrassen en de slaapkamer ligt niet direct aan de straatzijde, dus het is er heerlijk rustig. Rondom het hotel is zeer weinig parkeerruimte, maar op 5 min. lopen kun je gratis (en veilig) parkeren op een zanderig veldje in de buurt van een ziekenhuis aan de Carrer de l'Historiador Clapés
