The interior and exterior are clean and well appointed with new furniture and modern TVs The picture is very deceptive as the beach is a few miles from the property and the private beach club is the absolute worst one in Scalea. This is not a beachfront apartment like the listing states. This is fraudulent advertising and we will seek credit. The people are very rude and do not like to honor the vouchers from Kalispera. The beach club name is SAN……

“Il villaggio è molto pulito e curato. Il personale accogliente..anche l’animazione è presente ma non invasiva.Tutto è a portata di mano..spiaggia con ombrelloni e lettini personali,piscina,ristorante direttamente sul mare dove abbiamo cenato ottimamente e con la vista del tramonto sullo Stromboli .Per quanto riguarda l’appartamento l’abbiamo trovato pulitissimo ed è presente tutto.Siamo stati davvero benissimo,grazie a tutti voi”

“Vielen lieben Dank Antonio für deine Gastfreundschaft,wir hatten sehr schöne und erholsame Tage bei dir und deiner Familie.Die Ferienwohnung entspricht exakt der Anzeige und hat alle notwendigen Dinge die man als Familie mit Kindern benötigt.Der Komfort ist sehr gut ind die Lage mit dem Ausblick einfach nur traumhaft.Der Weg zum Strand ist zwar ein wenig anstrengend mit Kindern aber alle Male Wert.Der Strandabschnitt ist sauber, nicht überfüllt und mit seinem klaren Wasser ein echter……

“Der Aufenthalt war ein Höllentrip.Es war das schlimmste Quartier unseres Lebens. Nichts Positives,alles negativ.Dreckig(Haare im Abfluss und an der Wand,Essensreste im Backofen), Waschmaschine nicht benutzbar, Klimaanlage sollte 10 pro Tag kosten. Dritter Stock ohne Aufzug. Keine Küchenutensilien außer gebrauchter Schwamm und Lappen. Kein Küchenpapier, Küchenhandtücher usw.,gar nichts. Feuerzeug unbrauchbar. Wenn es möglich wäre würden wir minus 10 Sterne vergeben.”
