“The check in instructions were not complete. Thankfully, the staff was kind and helpful and did everything they could do so we have the keys to open the apartment. I messaged the host and I received an email saying he replied but the response did not appear. It said that I have not received messages yet. The sheets and comforter stinked and we definitely think they have not been washed in a while. Now, the building is nice and staff is outstanding. We just complain about this particular unit……

“IT TOOK ME HOURS TO FIND THIS PLACE DUE THE WRONG INFORMATION WAS GIVEN THIS PERSON NEVER MENTION THE BUILDING NAME DROVE FOR HOURS IN VAIN. ALSO THE ACCESS CODE WAS GIVEN AT LAST MINUTE. DONT APPREACITE ALL THE TIME I WASTE ON THE FIRST DAY I STAYED.”
