Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a beachy and colorful cottage exterior, as well as a spacious, furnished, welcoming front porch, featuring seating and overlooking Forest Street. The expansive open-air front porch is furnished with Adirondack seating for four perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon book. Step inside into the first-floor foyer, as this level of the home includes two queen bedrooms, which conveniently share an outdoor porch and full hall bath. The second story offers a sought-after combined living plan. There is a full kitchen with breakfast bar seating for four. The dining room is adjacent and comfortably seats six for dinnertime. The adjacent living room has two large sofas with seating to accommodate all and a large mounted flat-screen TV. This level additionally provides a generous, relaxing open-air porch that provides additional lighted outdoor dining for six, a lounge area with sofa and club chairs, and an additional seating area for two. Great space for cooking and eating and resting with room to get away for alone time too. Love the location and only needing to get in the car for the grocery and a dinner out one night. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Banana Republic on our Seaside family vacation. The property was spacious, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were great, with two showers and two bathtubs. Location was perfect! I would definitely stay at this property again! ##### Kim L. Reviewer Comments: Banana Republic is in a great location in Seaside proper, right across from the West side pool. The house has wonderful outdoor spaces that are well furnished to actually use them.
