On the first floor of this elegant home is a guest bedroom with a king bed, a 50†Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. A hallway door opens to a screened porch with a dining table and a covered patio with a 65†Smart TV and cushioned wicker chairs. Guests can stretch out in the sun on a chaise lounge chair or take a refreshing dip in the pool. Pale wood floors, white shiplap walls, and elegant furnishings in the open living, dining, and kitchen space on the second floor create a soothing environment for guests. The home was more beautiful than pictured and immaculately clean. There was plenty of space and all the basics (aside from salt and pepper) were covered. The location was perfect and access to the golf cart and bikes was so convenient. Beach access is directly across the street with ocean views from both third and 4th floor balconies. We had one issue with pool heating and it was addressed by maintenance within the hour. The pool is small, but was perfect for our 3 little ones and warmed up nicely so it was comfortable even in the chilly weather.
