DETAILS: Mediterranean style meets stunning Gulf views! Every now and then, you come across a home that takes your breath away, and so it is with "Santa Rosa One," a 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, professionally-decorated 30A getaway just 50 feet from the beach. Take in a day at the sugar-soft sand and then relax on one of the two sprawling balconies overlooking the Gulf. In the evening, head down to Shunk Gulley for oysters. This 3-story coastal retreat also features a community pool, a gas fireplace, and a private elevator.

The heart of this home is on the third floor, where you'll find a chef's kitchen featuring designer cabinets, select stainless appliances, a gas range, and granite countertops. The kitchen opens onto the dining area with table seating for 6 guests, while the counter offers seating for an additional 6 guests. Timber beam ceilings and hardwood floors highlight the open floor plan. The living room offers a flat-screen television, gas fireplace, and a sleeper sofa offering quarters for 2 guests. The living room also has access to a sprawling deck with staggering Gulf views and table seating for 6 guests.

The first floor has 2 bunk rooms - one with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and a private bathroom with a shower and the other with a full-over-full bunk bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Heading upstairs, the second floor has 3 bedrooms. The Primary suite has a king bed, private bathroom with a beautiful shower and tub, and a private balcony with stunning Gulf views. Adjacent are 2 guest bedrooms - one with a king bed and a shared bathroom with a shower and the other has 2 queen beds and a shared bathroom with a shower. "Santa Rosa One" can sleep up to 18 guests.

This gorgeous 30A getaway is situated in the heart of Dune Allen Beach, just steps from great restaurants and an amazing variety of artisan shops. Amazing Stay

Fabulous house that was perfect for two families to share. We had 4 kids 5 and under, and we had a blast. Location was perfect. It was really nice to have the golf cart to get around to ice cream and restaurants nearby.
