Located on the peaceful Forest Street in Seaside, FL, amongst the shade, Grace Sea is a perfect hideaway to escape from it all. Just steps away from the West side Pool and a stroll away from the beach and all things Seaside, this charming bungalow is the guest house to its main cottage, 'Seabiscuit'.

Arrive to be warmly greeted by a screened-in front porch that has outdoor seating for four, the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. Step inside and into an open living area with a full kitchen next to an open, combined living area. The kitchen features a full-size fridge with a freezer, a four-burner electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and adjacent breakfast bar seating for two. The adjacent living room has a built-in stereo, LCD TV, and DVD/VCR, as well as a double sleeper sofa to accommodate two more guests, perfect for young kids (not recommended for adults). There is also a convenient dining area next to the kitchen with seating for two.

Off the living areas is the king bedroom with an ensuite, full bathroom, and a private screened-in porch! This bedroom is furnished with its own LCD TV and DVD. The bathroom features quartz counters and a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. Off of the king bedroom is a screened rear private porch with cushioned seating for four people, and rear access to an outdoor grilling area in the back. This outdoor grilling area is complete with a private charcoal grill and an additional two Adirondack chairs. Come enjoy the lovely Seaside, FL at this tranquil retreat!

For additional room, the main combination of cottages may be rented as 'Sandy Toes', for a 4-bedroom/4.5 bath sleeping 12 in total.
