Inside the home, you will be greeted with tall ceilings and beautiful warm flooring throughout the open-concept space. The living room flows from the dining room, which can accommodate 8 guests at the lovely table, and into the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, including a wet bar, wine refrigerator, and an ice maker. If dining al-fresco is more your style, enjoy your meal on the screened porch, or in the spacious outdoor living space this home has to offer. The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom are located on the first floor, with access to the porch for a relaxing evening. Beautiful home and so close to FOOW, Wine World, the Beach Club and beach. Only hiccup was listing stated 6 bedrooms plus a carriage house and it wasn’t. It was actually 6 bedrooms total and we needed 7 which is how I planned it. We checked one couple into the Inn so we were able to accommodate everyone, so all is well. Just a little more $ than I planned. Overall, even given the hiccup, it was is great! And Dune was awesome! I’ve booked them before and I’ll book with them every time going forward. Home is located within walking distance to restaurants, the beach club, and Camp Watercolor. Very suitable for more then one family or friends and easy communication with the property management. My recommendations would be more amenities that come with the home.
