Guests will enjoy a large private pool with a sun shelf, 3 spacious porches, quick access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and Publix grocery store. A small front porch welcomes guests to A Little Salty. Stepping inside, guests will find a bedroom with a king bed, and private bathroom with shower to the left, and a stairway to the right. A hall leads to a spacious and inviting living area with an open kitchen and dining space. Layers of rich textures, like tables carved from tree roots, nubby cotton throws, horn chandeliers, decorative clay pots, and woven baskets, create visual interest throughout A Little Salty. Dark wood floors and exposed ceiling beams balance a bright, airy kitchen with marble countertops, premium appliances, a wine chiller, and a side-by-side double oven. A dramatic beaded chandelier offsets a dining table with seating for 8\. In the living area, 2 cozy sofas and artful bent-wood chairs surround a gas brick fireplace with a flat-screen TV. Glass doors open onto a porch with a porch bed swing, chairs, and an outdoor dining table. Steps lead down to a large pool and pool deck area with a fire pit, gas grill, and lounge chairs. Guests with young children will appreciate the pool’s ample sun shelf. A primary bedroom and 3 guest bedrooms are on the second floor. The primary bedroom has an old-world feel thanks to an exposed painted brick wall and arched shiplap ceiling. Glass doors open to a private porch with views of the pool below. Woven rattan rockers at the foot of the bed face a wet bar and a hanging barn door that slides open to reveal a spacious bathroom with separate vanities, a soaking tub with porch views, and a glass-enclosed shower with built-in benches. It was exactly as advertised in the VRBO listing. It is located close enough to Seaside to walk or bike easily but far enough away to have peace and quiet when you want. Checking in was easy. All of the codes and instructions were sent to my phone making things super easy. Having a private pool to use each evening was amazing and it was the perfect size for our kids to play in. Easy walk to Seaside and the golf cart was plus. If you’re looking for an upscale rental in a great location, you’ll love this home. The only downside was the pool was cloudy so we couldn’t use it. They came and treated it after we called but it took a bit to clear and by that time it was time for us to leave. Just the right number of bedrooms/beds and lots of room for our family of 12\. We enjoyed the house and the private pool thoroughly. The golf cart was a lifesaver getting us to and from the beach. We made a couple of trips in order to get everyone to the beach and back. The only drawback is the house is located on a gavel/sand road so it was really dusty on our cars and everything outside. The way we saw it was just about all of the Seagrove neighborhoods have gravel/sand roads.
