This stunning 2018 sq. ft. 3 bedroom | 3 bath also features a bunk and workspace on the second floor, and an additional Entertainment room with a wet bar on the 3rd floor leading to the balcony with Gulf views. Here is a perfect spot for having drinks and enjoying the sunset. Park the car, as it's a close walk to many restaurants and shopping. It's only a 5 min walk to beach access and you have an option in either direction. This home the perfect choice for those desiring to be fully engulfed in the 30A scene. Jump on a bike or golf cart as Iconic Seaside is only 1.8 miles away to the west. Only steps out your front door are perfect lunch and dinner options at Angelina's, the highly-rated Cafe 30A, Mi Casita or grab an ice cream at Hokulia! When you are ready to relax for the evening, enjoy the 12-Person swim spa or enjoy a fire on the back deck with comfortable Adirondack chairs. As you enter the front door, you are greeted by an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. You'll notice excellent finishes with the gorgeous ceramic wood-look tile floors, moldings, and tasteful decor. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, granite countertops, and plenty of counter space. The center island with a breakfast bar is perfect for casual dining, while the adjacent dining is light and bright. It's a perfect space to relax with family and friends. Additionally on the 1st floor is the laundry area, and a full bedroom and full bath. One of the standout features of this home is the plantation shutters that adorn the windows throughout. These shutters not only provide privacy and shade, but they also add a touch of elegance and sophistication to the overall design of the home Exit the main floor at the back to your uber outdoor living and entertaining spaces, boasting a newly extended deck finished with durable TREX composite, set up with chairs and a wood-burning fire pit currently along with and a new, covered 12-person Party SPA!! This fenced-in space offers nice privacy and a wonderful grilling area as well. Off the deck is also a nice storage closet, perfect for beach toys, etc. And not to forget the outdoor shower to rinse off all that beach sand! Back inside and up the stairs you will find newer interior paint there, as well as on the second floor. This floor hosts a lovely primary retreat with a porch and spacious ensuite with double vanities, oversized walk-in shower with a frameless glass door, garden tub and a water closet. Also, on this floor is a loft area hosting bunks and a work station. Toward the back is an additional bedroom with another full bath. Up to the third floor you'll find the tower space, which certainly is one of the highlights of this home. This space offers a view of the gulf and the beautiful surrounding landscape. The tower space features a smart television and pull out Crate & Barrel loveseat or simply use it as a place to relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery with a glass of wine from the wet bar.
