A 5 minute walk takes you to your favorites - Blue Mtn Creamery, Blue Mtn Bakery, Blue Mabel, the Irish Pub, and more! Available for weekly rentals, all other inquiries welcome. Location, location, location! Space, space, space! You'll love this quiet family-friendly complex. All the space you need with the privacy of your own home. Close to everything you love on 30A, but removed from the congestion of the crowds. We're located just a short drive from the shops and restaurants at Gulf Place in one direction and Seaside in the other direction. Grocery shopping is also just a 5 minute drive away. It can't be beat for biking, walking, and beach-going. Whether you like to take it easy or get out and go, the choice is yours here. Beach access is stellar without crowding. The house itself is older and could use a little work. Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t bad by any stretch of the imagination but the beds were not super comfortable and the living room furniture has some IKEA pieces. No deal breakers but some room for improvement, thus the overall 4 star.
