This house was as advertised, given the ages of some of the older homes there you have to have a sense of humor where the quirky layouts are concerned. Overall it was a great trip. We had a fantastic stay in Grayton Beach and we recommend this rental. The house is in a great location - walkable to beach, restaurants, and bike trail. The 2 bikes provided were in great shape and riding bikes is a must. The management staff were exceptional and extremely responsive. We had 4 adults and had plenty of room and enjoyed the multiple sitting rooms. In addition, the 4 chairs outside were perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare meals and snacks. The appliances were new and all in great working order. It’s always a plus to have a washer and dryer on site, and we certainly used them! The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Plenty of bath towels on hand as well. We enjoyed the bicycles and the outdoor grill. The only thing that is missing (but we made due) is an outside electrical outlet to plug in our golf cart. Reminded us of a time long ago (in the 80's) when we vacationed in Grayton Beach. We were delighted when we walked in the door. The house and neighborhood are exactly as described - Old Florida Vibe. The house was comfortable, cozy, great size for the 2 of us but can accommodate more. Nicely decorated, comfortable furnishings. Kitchen is well equipped. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the gorgeous sugar white sand beach and several local restaurants. And,a short drive or bike ride to many restaurants and shops on 30A. Sandra and the team were very quick to respond to my occasional questions. Even after we returned home and I realized I left something behind, they very quickly found it and made arrangements to send to me. Best endorsement...After being there a few days my husband (who would rather avoid vacations to the beach) told me he'd like to plan on coming back again next year. I'm all for it! ##### Marilyn B. If you want a quiet, relaxing, small town vibe, this is the place to stay. Great views from sunrise to sunset as well. Plus, you’re in between Destin and Panama City! I suggest using an itinerary planner also, we had a fun time going and swimming with dolphins, making art at the shard shop, and so much more.
