We brought our 23’ pontoon boat and it was a nice 30-40 min ride to Crab Island. Easy to dock the boat and huge bonus to be able to park our trailer (and 3 cars) on the driveway. Neighborhood was very peaceful and convenient to grocery stores, the Grand Boulevard and the outlets. The house was well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could need - air fryer, crock pot, lots of cookware, silverware, plates and glasses, good selection of spices, a separate coffee/wine bar with sink and ice maker and more! Beds were comfortable and the elevator was convenient for getting our luggage and groceries up the steps. Communication with the host was also excellent. Looking forward to coming back! Before booking the home, I had a couple of questions and the owner responded immediately with answers. She was super helpful as there were a few other times I had questions and she answered each one. Her friendly, helpful, and professional tone through messaging are the number one reasons I booked this property (and that continued during our stay and even after we departed). Once we arrived and saw the house, that was the icing on the cake! It was beautiful (just like the pictures), there were fresh baked cookies and a nice thank you note from the owner…the house was VERY clean and VERY modern! Everyone in our group had only positive things to say about it. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the view from the patio on the back was lovely and a nice touch as well. Honestly, I could go on and on, but I will end by saying this - if you are hesitating about booking this property, don’t. You will not be disappointed.
