We really enjoyed our stay in Commodore’s Retreat 301! The location is great, and the views are beautiful. The condo had everything we needed. The included beach chair setup service (two chairs, one umbrella) was awesome. The condo was clean, and the bed in the bedroom was comfy (I can't personally speak to the comfort of the bunk beds or the fold out bed, but our kids didn't complain!).
At night, we preferred to close the vertical blinds running along the glass door/windows that face the view of the ocean so that people on the beach could not see into our condo. However, there were several slats missing, so we had to cover the gaps with an extra sheet (which was available in the condo). It would be nice to have the blinds replaced with something that will fully cover the windows in the future. We made it work, though!
The top bunk of the bunk bed was not really usable for us, because we have kids, and there was no safety rail. The bottom bunk and fold out couch in the living room worked out great for our kids.
The parking spots are not numbered, so you can park in any available space in the lot. Some spots are in the sun, and some are covered, which was a nice option to have in the Florida heat! We never had trouble finding a spot and we were usually able to get a covered spot.
We really enjoyed our time at this condo. We never had any problems that required contacting the owner or property manager. We would definitely stay here again in the future, without hesitation!
