Located less than 300 yards away from the Ed Walline Regional Beach Access, Pecan Jacks Ice Cream, and Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, this home is ideally situated in the desirable 30A area near many popular restaurants and beautiful beaches, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to explore and discover everything this area has to offer.

Inside the home, you'll find 5 king beds with en-suite bathrooms and 1 bunk room with 4 twin size bunks outfitted with fun LED lighting and décor. The kitchen has top of the line appliances including a subzero refrigerator and gas range, as well as ample counter space and storage. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware, so you'll have everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your group. A coffee bar is provided with starter ground coffee, dual coffee/hot water maker, selection of teas, sweeteners, and other coffee accessories.

Families with small children are welcome and will find a pack-n-play, high chair, and children's dishware available for use. There are multiple living areas with ample seating and entertainment, and an Infinity game table for kids to enjoy with tons of games available. An elevator provides access to all 3 stories of the home, making it easy for everyone to move around and enjoy all the amenities.

In addition to all of these amazing amenities, we are excited to offer a NEMA 14-50 Outlet which provides 50Amp fast charging in the garage. Bring your EV and charge it overnight!

Things to Note:
-> POOL HEATING: This property includes a private, backyard pool that can be heated for $50 per day. Guests can opt in for pool heating for any day of their booking at any time and the pool will be heated to 90F degrees from 7am to 10pm. Pool heating can be opted in same day and will take 1-2 hours to reach temp.
This property is dog friendly! Please keep in mind our pet fee which is $50 per dog per night. We allow up to 4 dogs for any booking. Additional dogs must be requested and will incur an additional fee. The pet fee is automatically added to the booking total when pets are included in the guest count at the time of booking. If a pet is added after the time of booking, a payment request will be sent for the pet fee.
-> GOLF CART / LSV GUIDANCE
This property includes a 6-seater street legal golf cart with your booking and signed golf cart agreement. The cart is street legal and is designated as a "Low Speed Vehicle" (LSV) that is approved for use on public roads with speed limits under 40mph. Please be sure to review the golf cart rules and LSV laws noted in the property guidebook before use.

Make sure to plug in the golf cart to charge daily. Should you be using the cart and see the noted battery meter shows near 60% or less battery life remaining, you will need to bring the cart back to the property to recharge as the battery life depletes significantly faster past this point. Should you run out of battery and require a tow service during use (not likely if this guidance is followed), a minimum $200 tow fee will be charged to the card on file.

The Booking Guest must be at least 25 years old to book this property and must be present during the reserved dates. These are terms that are agreed in the required Rental Agreement.

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with Great Escapes Homes. We use an approved API-connected software provider, OwnerRez, and will provide guests an OwnerRez Rental Agreement link to the rental agreement after booking.

Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered which is 16 people for this property.
