It’s perfectly located and is a 5 minute walk from the beach, close to restaurants, downtown Seaside, and bike rental spots. It made exploring 30A easy. The house itself was clean and comfortable, with a great layout for our family. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was wonderful, and the well-stocked kitchen allowed us to easily make food to save us time and money. The community that the house is in has a pool and jacuzzi, which my kids absolutely loved after being at the beach all day. Clearly well cared for, it exceeded our expectations.
