This three story Mediterranean style home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably, making this the perfect choice for large families and friend groups looking to have the space and comforts they need. As you walk into the first floor of this beachside gem, you’ll be greeted by an open concept floor plan and rustic furnishings, boasting a welcoming feel to all who enter. The hub of this space is the kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and breakfast bar for added seating. The kitchen overlooks the dining area featuring a six person table for large group gatherings. The living room has ample seating and a flat screen TV which leads out to the back deck. Grill up a great meal and enjoy the Florida weather! On the first floor, you’ll also find the master bedroom with en suite bath. The rest of the guestrooms span across the second and third floors giving everyone the space they need. On the second floor, you’ll find two guest bedrooms with a full bath. Love this beautiful property and ideal location. Overwhelmingly great stay; however, inflexible check-in/check-out policies were not friendly for our traveling toddlers and infants.The property management company could improve their communication. We have toddlers who traveled across the country and needed naps. When we asked for early check-ins, the property management company said that we could possibly check in at 2pm, but it came and went and they were difficult to get a response from. Ultimately, 2pm was NOT possible, so it would have been better if they'd never said we might be able to so that we could have planned our kids nap situation more easily. For similar reasons, we needed late check-out. While this WAS possible, they charged us 100 for an additional four hours. Fine, but we saw they didn't have new guests for four days...so don't expect flexibility on the 4pm check in and 10am check-out. ##### Nicole A.
