We loved this house and location. Our second time on 30A but first in Watercolor. We will definitely be back. We loved biking through the neighborhood and the golf cart was so convenient. We hardly needed our van all week. Furnishings were not only beautiful, but comfortable. We cooked pancakes, pizza, and had some carry out meals in the kitchen. It had all of the tools that we needed. I loved starting my days on one of the porches. Beach access was so easy and the pools included with the stay were great. Our kids loved Camp WaterColor. Upon entering, there was a musty, moldy odor that remained for the duration of our stay (and even after)!! All of our luggage, clothing and everything we brought with us smelled moldy, and I didn’t realize it until we returned home! Needless to say , there was a lot of washing, spraying, and wiping down of all our items after the trip. The upstairs shower had black mildew on the ceiling and wall tiles. The dishwasher was holding water.
