Acuarela "Rudy's Rendezvous": para 10 a 5 bicicletas incluidas con el alquiler

Deja el estrés de la vida del día a día, y venir relajarse en las playas más bellas del mundo! Situado en el distrito de Camp, te encantará la facilidad y conveniencia de que esta hermosa 4 dormitorios / 4. 5 BA casa tiene que ofrecer.

Desde el momento en que llegas allí, es fácil sentirse como en casa. El salón está abierto y amplio, pero lo suficientemente cerca de la cocina meticulosamente designado para mantener a la gente con hambre hacia fuera de debajo de los pies del chef. El Horno de gas hace que la preparación de comidas en un instante, y para sus necesidades de la parrilla, una gran parrilla de gas se encuentra en la parte trasera. Cuando llega el momento de poner los pies debajo de la mesa, encontrará asientos para ocho personas, con un adicional de 3 en el bar. Hay dos suites King Master ubicadas en el primer piso, además de una sala de polvo para los huéspedes, y un gran cuarto de lavado.

Arriba hay dos dormitorios más, cada uno con un baño privado, y un montón de opciones para dormir. La habitación con literas tiene literas dobles y una cama completa, y al final del pasillo hay un dormitorio con baño privado, una cama completa y una cama doble con un nido doble.

Dentro de los 499 acres que conforman la comunidad de la acuarela encontrará acres de parques, jardines y caminos de pie, junto con tiendas y restaurantes para arrancar. Para pijo tratar Pescado fuera del agua, o vino y cenar al aire libre en el bar de vinos cercano. Sushi y otras comidas informales están disponibles en el Watercolor Inn, así como en el Beach Club.

Better Than Expected!

As a host myself, I appreciated this property. It was vibrant and clean. The location was excellent, as it was close to pools, Publix & the square. I would definitely recommend this property!

You can find better in Watercolor

Wasn't very happy with Rudy's Rendezvous. The master bath was very dirty. Wish I could share photos on this review. The wifi/internet was not working the entire stay (they did refund me 10%). The master bath shower was clogged and VERY slow to drain (they did come out and put Drano down and it helped). No bikes. No golf cart. But ample parking in the front and rear which was great. Location was also very good. Easy walk to Seaside and Watercolor Club. My family rented 3 homes in Watercolor for Thanksgiving and this home was clearly the worst unfortunately.

Anywhere in Watercolor is a great place to stay

The home was as described. Plenty of room for a large family. Because this is a premier location this home would rent regardless of the lack of special touches many VRBO homes offer, but I would rent there again as all basic necessities were provided.

Relaxing weekend

House was very nice and in a great location!! Beautiful hard wood floors and high ceilings that made it feel so homey. The location was only a couple min drive to restaurants, shopping and the watercolor pool/beach access. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Overall okay but for the price & the neighborhood it needs some maintenance: the dishwasher falling out (of wall at the counter top where it should be attached) when loading, oven is coming off the wall as well, master bath shower won't drain, rusted dirty trash cans in the bathrooms, several light bulbs out in kitchen living room, bed room lamps & downstairs bathroom. Lots of stains on furniture too. Needs a deep clean for sure. Love watercolor but would probably choose a different house next time. Thx.

Rudy's Rendezvous

We loved our stay! The house is wonderful! We were going to sweep before leaving, but there is no broom in the house. We also tried using the vacuum cleaner during our stay, and it's messed up. It just spits out sand and debris at your feet while you vacuum.

Perfect home for a week

Rudy's Rendezvous was the perfect house for our family of 7! It was such a homey space and location was great--great for kids as Camp Watercolor with playground and lazy river and pool were just a block away! Loved that there were 2 parking spaces in the back and one in front for our golf cart. Kitchen was very well stocked. We had to contact Coastal Dreamin' about the A/C once and they were very responsive! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Good, but used vacation home

The house was nice, but you can tell it has had a lot of visitors. It could use a little TLC and deep cleaning. Please fix the master bath pocket door! Does not stay open and is super annoying. Same with the entry door into the closet/bathroom area. Also, there are no pot holders! We enjoyed our stay and the front porch swing is awesome, but will probably try a different house next time.

Birthday Beach Trip

We rented this house for my daughter's 16th birthday beach trip. The layout of the house was great and 6 teenage girls were able to share the 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms upstairs with plenty of room for all their stuff and getting ready. I do wish the upstairs bedrooms had ceiling fans, but the house did have portable fans available for use. The location of the house is good. It's a short bike ride to Publix and several restaurants and shops. The beach is a good distance from the house. It was fine for our group as we just rode our bikes, but if you have little kids you will definitely want to rent a golf cart to get there and back, or use the beach shuttle. Rental company was quick to respond with the 2 minor issues we had. Overall, it's a great house. Nicely decorated and comfortable.

I want to give this property a better rating

I really had to cool off in order to write this review. When we first arrived. We arrived an our first impression was the house was very much nicely decorated and well kept. However, we did walk into a dishwasher sitting in the middle of the living room. We left as they still needed a little more time to get things in order from the last visit. Which they had 10-4 to do so…. We were unable to shower once we got back due to them needing to turn the water off bc the dishwasher was spraying water. ( although they told us we were able to use the sink in the kitchen) bc the issue with the dishwasher still was not fixed. The plumber ended up needing to come out and told us it was not that they needed a new dishwasher it was that a rat ate through one of the tube..The plumber was there till almost 11pm. No one was able to take showers. The next day there was an AC issue. . the new dishwasher came, we as guest had to sign for it.Someone did come to put the new dishwasher in at that time. The whole transaction was weird.We disregarded the AC issue upstairs. We were okay…Until that night my husband and I woke up to a rat eating at their pocket slider in the bathroom. No one came out. The problem I had most is that there was a property management company, yet no one was willing to come out and they were not sure they would Be able to get anyone because it was Sunday. This really did take away from our time there.

Great location, not great stay

The dishwasher in the kitchen must have been broken for a long time because the dishes, silverware, kitchen tools were all dirty but put away in its place. We had to wash everything before you could use it. We reported the dishwasher broken and management co said nothing was going to be done about it, nor did they offer any solution. Also, the dirty kitchen was host to roaches that wondered the common spaces. The place says it sleeps 12, but it really sleeps 8 comfortably. There were no sheets for the trundle bed and not enough bath towels for all the guests staying. For 9 people, we had 7 towels. DO NOT USE the bike company, Shoreline, as recommended by the rental property. We rented 6 bikes from them. Apparently kids run around Watercolor stealing bikes when they are not locked down. Our kids came inside to change cloths and go back out - during that 10 minutes, 2 bikes were stolen from our driveway. When we contacted the company, they could not give us any identifying details about the bike or info on how to track them. We had no help from the bike company. We searched for 4 hours for our bikes. The Sheriff said most bike Co. have trackers on their bikes, or numbers on their bikes that identifies them and I should not be charged because bikes get stolen all the time (everyday) and the company always recover them because when the resort finds them, they call the bike company to pick them up. Not our case. Before we checked out, the bike company already charged over $370 for each bike missing. The house was not a total loss, it has a lovely front porch swing and overall it was clean and the kitchen was well equipped (after you pre-wash everything and hand wash all the dishes post meal). It was not the relaxing get away we hoped for. The lack of support from the management company meant we had to deal with all the problems ourselves.

Overall our stay was very nice. The layout was perfect for our group and met most of our basic needs. We did find it unusual that you don't provide enough toilet paper, tissues, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap ect. We also didn't have any toilet paper in the powder room or paper towels when we first arrived. I called right away and we never received any until mid day the next day. We went out and had to purchase our own. Kind of disappointing for the amount of money we paid. The door to the powder room didn't close so we couldn't really use it. The toilet kept running and running too. Lastly, if watercolor does not provide beach towels the unit needs to provide them. You can't expect us traveling from Seattle to pack 10 Beach towels in our bags. We had to go out and purchase those too.

Great location - has a few issues

We loved the house and the location, however, there were a few issues that could be easily resolved if owner wants to: the microwave didn't work; the dishwasher didn't work; the blender didn't work. There were no potholders available to remove hot dishes from the oven and only one dishtowel; not a single serving platter and only four steak knives; mildew on outdoor furniture cushions. Two parking spaces are to be available to renters, but owner's golf cart is parked in parking area so it makes it very tight for two guest vehicles to park without bumping doors into each other.

The house itself is wonderful in all ways. It is clean, comfortable, convenient, and beautiful. The neighborhood is perfectly kept and easy to navigate. The wristbands we were given to access to neighborhood pool club and private beach access were incorrectly dated, therefore we were met with an unfriendly staff at the pool club because of this. Make sure your wristbands are correct before you arrive. The only other info we would have needed was about the lack of transportation to and from and within the neighborhood. Book all airport travel ahead of time (weeks) and rent a car if you can. No uber/lyft or cab service exists. A golf cart service is there and great, just not entirely convenient. This review is a 5 for the house and a 4 for location amenities.

Why bother?

Called a day ahead and asked for an early check in (2 pm instead of 4pm). We knew house was not rented the 2 previous nights. Called around noon on day of check in and were told they had guests in the house and hadn't finished cleaning and inspecting but to call back at 3. Called at 2:30 and were told had not been inspected and we could not check in until 4. Arrived at house at 4 could not pull in rear parking spaces because bicycles were strewn all over back and in Parking spaces. Hair on floor in 2 bathrooms, and not a single extra pillow had cases. The only pillows with pillow cases were on the beds. The extra pillows in the closets had not pillow cases and no extra linens. We understand check-in and check-out times, but property manager made no effort at all and we had friends staying near house and said no one had been there for 2 days. The house is nice and each bedroom with its own bath is nice for 4 adult couples. I would replace the property managers.

Excellent, would highly reccommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Rudy's Rendezvous! We have stayed in several areas along 30A over the years and Watercolor is our new favorite. The house is situated in the middle of everything Watercolor (& Seaside) have to offer and its all a short walk or bike ride away. The home was beautiful and comfortable and perfect for a large group. The huge pantry in the kitchen, wide open storage in the laundry room and the drawers and closets galore made it very easy to move right in and enjoy our vacation. I had read in a previous review that Rudy's was needing a pan update so I packed a larger nonstick pan which I was glad I had done. As is typical it seems in two story homes, the upstairs rooms were warmer but between the plug in fans at Rudy's and the few fans I brought from home, we had plenty for the 6 who slept up there. The beds and linens were comfortable, we had plenty of bath towels and we had a starter supply of everything I would think necessary. Everyone absolutely loved the front porch swing! Only negatives I could say were the golf cart stored in the back driveway made it difficult for two of our large SUVs to fit with much room to open the doors and there were about 6 abandoned broken bikes that were chained to the bike rack that were difficult to navigate our rented bikes around and secure them to something. But in no way did this color our opinion of Rudy's, we loved it!
