Public access needs to be stopped, as it appears to be on adjacent properties. Way too many people crammed into a relatively small area. Regarding the beach setup, it is unclear at check in that you can book with others, and the one associated with One Seagrove requires you to haul the stuff to the beach and set it up. While somewhat cheaper, this is not good. Recommend just going with the county approved vendor.Regarding the overcrowding on the beach, perhaps enforce property boundaries like adjacent property owners do? ##### Jay B. We have stayed at One Seagrove many times. But this year we found that they have really stepped up their game. The new entry way was beautiful, we were greeted right at the door by friendly staff. All of our needs were met immediately. The maintenance staff was all over the property making sure everything was clean and neat. There was a new on site concierge service. Our condo was clean and freshly painted. Bravo One Seagrove Place.
