“Tuve una experiencia muy buena porque ya había hecho check out porque iba a pasar la línea a Estsdos Unidos y no alcancé a pasar porque cierran a las 10pm y tuve que regresar al hotel y me dieron la llave y no tuve que pagar más. En otra ocasión, le faltaba a la alarma de cambiarle la pila y les llamé y llegaron en un minuto y la arreglaron de inmediato”

“The room is okay if it's one night and one night only. It did not come with a hairdryer, phone, nor an iron or ironing board.And no phone means you walk downstairs to the lobby for any help or questions. So I walked to the lobby to ask for an iron. They handed me an iron and ironing board and asked that I return them when I'm done using them. So there I go walking back upstairs with them.
