“Very disappointing and unsanitary
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was gross, dirty, and had a horrible smell as soon as we walked in. The air conditioning smelled terrible and, to make matters worse, it didn’t even work properly, making the room very uncomfortable.
There were cobwebs throughout the room, which made it obvious that the room had not been cleaned or maintained properly. We also saw a cockroach right outside our room, which was……
