“Die Zimmer, einschließlich Bad, sind sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und spricht ein wenig Englisch. Unser Zimmer befand sich direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und unmittelbar an einer Bahnlinie; dies störte nachts allerdings überhaupt nicht. Das Frühstück war typisch spanisch mit bereits zubereiteten, verschiedenen Sandwiches (- keine vegetarische Option); dazu frisch gepresster Orangensaft und Tee oder sehr guter Kaffee/Espresso.”

“This is a fantastic little B&B. The lady running the place was ever so friendly, helpful and patient with our efforts to communicate in Spanish. Each room has its own private entrance, so you feel like you have your privacy. Although there's no air conditioning, you can manage the summer temperatures somewhat by keeping the shutters down and the windows cracked open. The "lavender room" we stayed in had heart-shaped rugs and pillows, and even a heart-shaped bath. It was great! Breakfast……

“The Citrea is a lovely hotel in Santander. A short walk from the Modern Art Museum (not the Botin Centre) and the town hall and the bus station, through the tunnel. Having been to Santander we knew this wasn't far so no issues. The room was cozy, but had plenty of storage cupboards. The air conditioning was absolutely needed in the heat of the summer, would go again just for this. The staff were fantastic, supporting us with every ask and arranged a late checkout on our departure day.”

“我訂了海景房間，景色很好，窗戶很大，房間亦很大，位置亦很好！可惜的是房間的空調是壞的，晚上睡覺覺得有點熱，幸好是五月，如果是夏天沒有空調的話，我不敢想像！另外廁所沒有抽氣系統，感覺味道有點糟糕！還有床架非常老舊，每次晚上睡覺轉身的時候感覺那個床架快要散了，亦發出非常嘈吵的聲音！”

“Everything was perfect! The suite we had was spacious, the bed for the adults and the extra bed for the kid were comfortable, the shows had great water pressure. The buffet breakfast was scrumptious. The outdoor pool was phenomenal. We did not use the spa services because they were not open for children.”

“Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms, modern property, decent buffet breakfast. Cons: Miniscule rooms, terrible location (industrial area), and truly IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE EVEN WITH A GPS SYSTEM. Not recommended at any price.”
