Each of the 3 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners and ceiling fans, full kitchen with cooking utensils, 55" 4K Roku Smart TV, Netflix, internet, fast wifi, laundry room with detergent - Run a load before departing and take your laundry back home clean!
Conveniently located near Santiago airport, supermarkets and 0.3 miles from shopping centers La Sirena and El Encanto. Stop by El Monumento and enjoy local restaurants and bars for fun entertainment - Best of both worlds! If you prefer not to drive, simply take a short Uber or taxi ride.

We have a self check-in option or we can have someone wait for you at the property, if desired.

We provide: coffee, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels and the basics.

Super Easy
The property manager has a system for remote check in and check out which made the process super easy. The manager responded to messages promptly and was accessible during the stay for any questions. The apartment was very clean and and all the amenities were great; wifi, AC, appliances, etc. Location is good conveniently located off autopista duarte DR1 as you enter Santiago. It was not an issue, but the apartment is located on the 4th floor, for future guest information. The property manager did share that before booking so it was not a suprise. Overall a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this property.
