Bom com ressalvas.

Localização excelente, limpeza e serviços adequados. O apartamento é amplo, mas precisa de reformas como troca de cortinas e de parte do mobiliário. A internet é ruim. O translado para o aeroporto é um diferencial interessante. Boa relação de custo benefício.

O hotel realmente fica muito bem localizado, numa rua muito agradável, em região central do bairro/Município Providência. Próximo a ele há cafés, restaurantes, bares, outros hotéis, estação de metrô Los Leones (bem perto), casas de câmbio, supermercados e o Costanera Center. As instalações são agradáveis. No geral, satisfatório. O café da manhã é bom e com uma variedade legal, considerando o que li em relação a outros apart hotéis na região. O único ponto negativo, na minha opinião, foi não ter conseguido ligar o aquecedor. O termostato que havia no quarto não ligava. Sorte que não fazia muito frio. Considerando o geral, ficaria novamente lá.

Es increíble lo costoso que llega a ser en Santiago un hotel tan deteriorado y en malas condiciones. A pesar de lo amplia que es la habitación o apto, su deterioro y mal olor dejan mucho que desear.

Classy suites, and very central

Stayed here in a gap between other apart-hotels, and could definitely have stayed longer. Accommodating check-in process, excellent furniture (classy, comfortable, clean), and you couldn't ask for a better location. If cool air is important to you, just make sure that your suite has aircon (most do), and note that it will most likely be in the living area, not the bedroom.

Ótima localização, apartamento bem amplo, com sala de bom tamanho. Quartos bons, enfim em uma volta a Santiago ficarei nesta região e se possivel no mesmo hotel ou hoteis do grupo.

Muito confortavel, proximo a metro. Pelo valor deveria tem melhor manutencao, mas isso nao atrapalha. Tem todos utensilios na cozinha .Apena um ponto negativo, que eh o quecedor estar localizado dentro da cozinha . Como nao ha ventilacao, quando o aquecedor estiver ligado OBRIGATORIAMENTE A PORTA DA COZINHA DEVERA ESTAR ABERTA!

O hotel é bom, bem localizado, perto do shopping Paris, Fallabela, McDonalds e Subway, além de outros restaurantes típicos do lugar. O que deixou a desejar foi que não tem ar condicionado nos quartos, e como estava muito quente, não conseguimos dormir muito bem. Tem ar somente na sala mas não atinge os quartos. Algumas coisas, como a tranca da porta do banheiro, luzes no quarto e no banheiro também não funcionavam. Mas, em geral, o atendimento foi ótimo e o café da manhã era bom. Tem um outro hotel bem do lado que é melhor, as coisas são mais novas e a cozinha mais ampla, mas também não tem ar nos quartos. Acho que esse povo não sente calor...

Eu e minha família adoramos o hotel, pessoas muito educadas e prestativas a nos ajudar nos passeios e agendamentos de visitas.O café da manhã era ótimo, principalmente o ambiente voltado para a Cordilheira...lindo.A localização do hotel é excelente, perto de muitas lojas e do metrô.Os quartos são grandes e bem limpos...Fui com um grupo de 6 casais e todos nós gostamos muito, valeu o custo benefício.

O hotel é bem localizado, e embora seja um prédio não muito novo, o apartamento em que ficamos era bastante aconchegante e o serviço de camareira é elogiável, tanto quanto a simpatia dos funcionários da portaria, sem exceções. Gostamos e recomendamos.
