Booked two stays, for before and after visiting MP. They were able to hold our bags for the one night we spent in AC. Coca tea and bananas always available in the lobby. Breakfast was eggs, fruit, and bread. Located in a quieter part of town, but easy walk to the plaza. Our rooms had thick blankets and a heater for the cooler nights. Comfortable beds. Only negative was bathrooms didn’t have good ventilation. Overall great value!

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The floor however hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Check in was a bit slow but check out was quick and the bellhop was very helpful getting our luggage out to the car. Complimentary breakfast was good and the lobby always had hot tea and coffee available.

I stayed for two nights with my two elderly aunts They are both in their seventies. The beds were comfortable and clean, the bathrooms spacious and pretty. The location is great. The courtyard is attractive. Eduardo serving at breakfast was great. So was the nice woman at the front desk. If you want basic amenities and a clean comfortable room, this is your place. Breakfast was basic but the coffee is great. This place is not adequately equipped for elderly people depending on your needs and your room. One bathroom access was ok (104) but the other bathroom has two steps up and then one big step down into the bathtub (105). All was slippery when wet. And there is no slip mat provided inside the tub. My aunt had to sit down to get in and out of the shower and was afraid to use it. Also, we asked about access to oxygen if we needed it. The hotel assured us they have it on hand and will provide it on request. We requested it one night for my other aunt whose oxygen levels were dropping. Both of the hotel oxygen tanks were empty. We learned this at 9 at night. My aunt needed oxygen before bed and during the night. Luckily we purchased a small oxygen canister at a local pharmacy that day as a back up. Otherwise we could have had a hospital visit on our hands. All in all, this place is pleasant and clean and welcoming. Just be sure to clarify exactly what you need and then check and double check.
