Hotel is conveniently located. Spacious room and property was fairly clean. However, every time we showered lots of water leaked into the main bathroom area and toilet area. I asked someone to come check it and they never came. I called a second time to see what happened and the rep I spoke to seemed very annoyed. Since it was late night they said I could just call in the morning and see what they could do or someone may call me, which they never did. I didn’t demand moving rooms bc it was too much of a hassle to repack everything and move. I ended up having to pad the area of the shower with towels to keep the water from covering all our bathroom floor. On the day of check out I asked extended stay and they said I had to pay for it, no exceptions although I’d had issues with the room. During check out I explained what happened to the person checking me out. She explained she was the manager and she would call me back to follow up on the matter. Never heard back from any one. Certainly not the best experience.
