The best thing about this property, premium access to the best places If you prefer to have an access to the best area of Santorini, this is the best option Everything was good, unless a few things that could help, like the other hotels, just provide a few coffees or tea bags close to the coffee machine, also a hand washing liquid would be great.

A hidden gem in the centre of Fira. I urge you not to let its two-star rating or price dissuade you from visiting a hotel staffed by a team of truly marvellous people who will strive to tend to your every need. The rooms were very well kept and diligently cleaned every day. I would recommend and return to this property without any reservations.

In the perfect spot in Fira. Walk to shops, dining, tours, or car rentals in a few minutes. City bus station about 10 minute walk. Clean, comfortable, basic accommodation. Welcoming staff.

Central but quiet

We enjoyed our stay because the room (which was absolutely tiny) was just a central hub for showering and sleeping. The air conditioning worked well and the location was brilliant - right in the action but tucked away so it was away from the noise. I don’t know why someone reviewed the hotel as having no reception - the reception was open early morning til late at night. Everything was fine. The pool was cool and clean and a great place for a dip between outings . The manager brought my husband breakfast while he worked at an outdoor table. A great overall experience. Thank you.

Staff were very helpful, provided me with a map and pointed out places to see. Organised transport for me from the hotel to the airport, although 30 euros for a 10 minute drive is quite a bit, but had no choice since I was catching an early morning flight. The location of the hotel is incorrect on Google and Apple maps, but also on the listing itself. Easiest to find it by looking up Penguin Laundry, it's right opposite on the other side of the road.

Great staff and location, poor soundproofing

Great location, just a short walk away from the Fira bus station, and lots of places to eat nearby. Good value for the price. However, the soundproofing is quite poor, and you can hear quite a bit of noise, both from neighbors and outside. The worst is if you're unfortunate enough to get a room right under the lobby, as you'll be hearing constant thumping, chairs sliding across the floor, door slams, footsteps, you name it. It was quite a major nuisance. Staff were excellent, friendly, and attentive.

Great stay! After 2 weeks in Greece, this was our last stop and the best stay we had been in (within that price range). The room was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent (in the heart of Thira). I definitely reccomend hotel Leta amd plan to stay here again during my next visit.
