Amazing view of the caldera and the room was extremely clean and tidy. It’s about 10 minutes walk away from the Fira main area and bus hub so it’s quiet and peaceful but not a hassle to get to anything important. There’s a an easy access point at the entrance stairs so Uber pickup and drop off is easy. The breakfast with a view was amazing and service by Luis was great!

The hotel is excellent. The staff were attentive and very helpful. Location is great. It's easily walkable from the main town (Fira) but not so close that it is busy or noisy. Firostefani itself has some nice food options.

Last October I was in room 12 and it was amazing. This time I was in room 1.- 3 levels down and sunset is blocked at the end of the day. Breakfast was mediocre - bread / croissant stale. No coffee the last day. Room table and chairs in the room smell - housekeeping tried - I even left it in the sun outside, which helped but didn't get rid of it.
