“Die Familie war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Gästehaus Rose liegt zentral, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Insgesamt angenehmer Aufenthalt.”

“The staff were amazing, but there were a few little quirks with the room. We had 3 different minor maintenance issues and the room design was a bit odd and everyone should pay attention to the room they book. The ceilings are sloped so even at 5 foot tall, you will be bonking your head. They show photos so it is my fault for not paying attention, but at 5 foot even never had that issue before. Jenn”

“We were super late to check in because of the disruptive buses in Mostar, but the staff made sure to leave an envelope with our keys on the front desk beforehand. We were so grateful to be able to check in seamlessly, and even during the check out process the next day, the lady at the desk named Sara was super sweet and helpful. Thank you so much!”

“The hotel is 10/15 mins walk to the town. It’s on the hill so be ready for it. It’s not a 3 star, should be 2 star. In the room no fridge, no bedside table to put yr phone etc , no bin only in toilet, aircon not good very mild, no safe to put yr passport or money . Breakfast was ok, . There was sausage, eggs, cheese. Orange drink was like drinking water. On my first day I had white bread. Other days I asked for white bread they didn’t have. Didn’t bother buying when u know that some people only……
