  • The modern California ranch house is just that, it is bright, open and lots of glass for viewing the tropical landscaping for a very beautiful zen modern indoor/outdoor style of living!

    The space
    The entire house is yours, there is a very nice covered outdoor kitchen great for BBQing and watching the chef at work while you sip on your favorite beverage!

    Other things to note
    The property does have a separate free standing guest house that is also an AirBnB that’s called the Modern Surf Shack, it too is available with the California Ranch House if you would like to rent both (if their calendars allow it)
