    Escape to your ideal vacation retreat at this newly renovated, contemporary house in South Venice. Nestled just minutes from the South Venice Ferry, you'll enjoy exclusive access to a pristine private beach.

    For outdoor enthusiasts, Shamrock Park is within biking distance, offering scenic trails leading to downtown Venice, the historic train station, and Caspersen Beach.

    Inside, the house features a thoughtfully designed split floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both recently remodeled. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and direct patio access, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed. My family have been traveling to Venice, Fl every summer for the last 6 years to visit family. We always get a VRBO. This was one of the best properties that we have stayed in Venice. It has been nicely updated, clean, the air conditioning is very comfortable and the pool is great. We will stay here again if it is available on our trip to Venice next year.

The pool was perfect. The addition of a solar cover kept water warm as we had several cool days at first.Our host stopped in and made sure all was good. Since it was our third time at Lemon Tree House, it was great to see the arrival amenities still being provided -- wine, chocolates, music playing and water stocked frig.Had an enjoyable, relaxing 10 days.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful 11 day stay. Close to several beaches and shopping, in a quiet neighborhood, the home was clean and well-stocked. The pool is warm and a nice size, with nice night lighting, and the outdoor seating/grill/dining area is very comfortable. The ping pong table in the garage was a plus. Tom is very responsive to any concern. We would stay here again.

Perfect getaway

The property was everything we could have asked for and more! Clean with all of the amenities we needed - beach towels, chairs, umbrella etc. The location was central to beaches, shopping and restaurants. And of course the pool was wonderful for a late afternoon swim!

Great place to relax

Lemon Tree surpassed our expectations. We really enjoyed all the thought that went into this home to make our stay so enjoyable. The pool and out door seating was used every day. Hope to do this again!

Wonderful stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Lemon Tree House this past week. The host did a lot to make us feel welcomed as soon as we stepped in the door. The pool was wonderful on the warm days, and heated enough that it wasn’t cold to swim in when the nights cooled down. It was a good location, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We definitely would like to come back!
