What an amazing city and outstanding hotel, we were everywhere in Sarasota and the room was so comfortable and nice it allowed us to relax after our long day of travel and sight seeing...will stay here again
Everything was very satisfactory. Advertised as a newly renovated facility meant that we lucked out on having a very clean and pleasant stay. My one lower rating would be for the grade of bath towels having a tough texture.
I like the grill cafe. I think that front staff need some customer service training. It is ok to say no sometimes, it is very important how to say no.
I’ve stayed here twice in the past and the property and rooms are always well maintained. I did notice now there is no more free breakfast offered and trying to get someone at the front counter was not always easy. My biggest complaint is the large wasp nest outside my door and me asking them twice ...
Clean and neat, room a little small. Bed was right against the air conditioner.
