“The room was very basic but clean. Stayed two nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. The food was very good and the service was even better! Very friendly and helpful staff!!! I can't say enough about the staff here. Christopher made amazing cocktails! The nicest staff I have met at a hotel. Very laid back atmosphere! The walking paths were nice and the property was beautiful! We got in at 1 am the first night due to delayed flight and didnt feel unsafe at all. They helped us to our room……

“They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!”

“We loved our stay here. The grounds of the property are beautiful and interesting with lots of birds and butterflies (note there is some small construction going on at the moment but this didn’t affect us). It was a relaxing and peaceful place for a few days with excellent hiking nearby to the waterfalls and river swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the enclosed seating area at the front of each cabin, with fresh coffee provided, was a great place just to sit for a while.……
