Great idea to have a passcode on the laundry door. Thank you for providing complimentary toothbrush, hair brush/comb, teas, face cloths etc."

"Wonderful location, plenty of places to eat just a few floors down. The hotel was immaculate. Rooms were small but very clean and comfortable. There is a convenience store and a Starbucks just steps from the lobby. We were on the 19th floor and we couldn’t hear any trains at all. Our room did not face the train tracks. Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful."
