“Great stay , pleasant staff”

“Some bugs inside the room”

“It was a very nice place to stay. Students were still there studying but they keep to their own. The room was clean, the area was easy to get to as it was near the train station (Porta Susa) - town centre was a 30 min walk away which was great. The food in the morning was more than enough to fill me up. Usually I have like 3-4 plates at other places, however I was overly full by the time I finished one. The courtyard outside had shaded areas, as well as tables/chairs that didnt, and if you are a……

“The hotel was very tidy and the breakfast was nice. It was quite expensive compared to other Italian hotels. It is challenging to get to the hotel without a car as it is not near any metro stations. The beds were very uncomfortable, as were the pillows. The rooms are clean, but dated. Water is available in the room for a fee.”

“The room was spacious. It had air conditioning. The bathroom was also lovely. The room was cleaned every morning, and the bed was made every day before you got back from your adventure. Towels were replaced with clean ones if required. The room service was excellent if sought after, even at odd hours. The staff were exceptional! I will stay at this hotel on my next visit.”

“The hotel is located on the river bank, and it is about 2.5 kilometers to walk along the river path to the city center attractions. The reception staff were very friendly, and I especially want to thank Ms. Barbare for her helpful explanations. At the same time, I have to praise the free buffet breakfast provided, which has many choices and is delicious. We will definitely stay in this hotel for our next visit.”

“Room is very clean，location is close to station，service is very kind，might visit again！”

“Our host, Simone, was so very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. He really made our visit seamless and special. We decided to stay an extra night and Simone was very happy to help us. I feel like we made a new friend. The room itself was comfortable, the AC worked well, and it was central to public transportation. We would definitely visit Hotel Universo again.”

“Clean room and good location. The AC was quite noisy and not very good, but that’s ok I suppose since it wasn’t the season yet. ”
